Bacon Wrapped Colorado Pears

Slice 2 or 3 Fresh Colorado Organic Pears into thick wedges (fifths or quarters) and wrap each in a slice of bacon, using a toothpick or skewer to secure. lay on a baking pan lightly coated with coconut oil. Bake at 375 to 400 degrees until bacon is beginning to crisp. Top with any of the following: Windsor Dairy swiss cheese, blue cheese, and/or arugula microgreens. Enjoy this savory "dessert!"
