Simply Baked Butternut Squash

Ingredients:
Coconut Oil or butter (Spoonfuls)
A bunch of fresh sage
A few sprigs of fresh rosemary
Sea salt
Local organic honey
Whole butternut squash

Directions:
Slice the butternut in half lengthwise and lay on a baking sheet with about a quarter to a half inch of water on the bottom to keep moist while baking. Lay open with the inside of the squash facing up, and put a scoop of coconut oil into the center of each half. Next drizzle honey and sprinkle sea salt on each half, and top with the finely chopped fresh herbs. Bake at 375 - 400 degrees until soft and golden brown.
