Rise 'n Shine, You Bet it's Pancake Time

Pancakes that taste like Christmas (…and they're gluten free. Try substituting flax seed for eggs to make them vegan)

2 Eggs
2 giant heaping spoonfuls of sunflower seed butter
large pour of rice milk
about a half cup of sesame seeds
half a cap full of vanilla extract
LOTS of cinnamon
a few dashes of nutmeg
a LOT of ginger (preferably fresh, from Raspberry Hill Farm)
nutmeg and/or pumpkin pie spice mix from Savory Spice Shop
LOTS of maple syrup
a couple teaspoons of Colorado honey

Blend the rice milk and sesame seeds and nut butter until mixed. Whisk eggs. Add all other ingredients and mix together. Fry up using coconut oil (good for high temps) or pumpkin seed oil (not ideal for high temps). Enjoy!!
